The point of this book is that freedom of expression isn't so free - especially when it comes to fighting hate crimes. A whole chapter is given to Ernst Zundel who beat off a private prosecution on spreading "false news" but was eventually expelled from Canada for being a threat to national security. Other chapters deal with the Hutterites and their fight not to be photographed for driver's licenses (they lost), separating public and private activities in the classroom, and putting up posters on power poles. A good addition to the series, but this book is written toward a political science or law student - more could have been done to put it into layperson's terms.
