Please don't waste your time on this. I deeply regret watching it, as this is approximately 1 hr 40 min of my life wasted that I'm never getting back. The movie's biggest, but sadly not the only, issue is with the plot. This is one of the laziest script-writing instances ever. The whole plot mainly consists of plot holes (pun intended). These plot holes are so huge you could walk a herd of elephants thru them. And the lazy screenwriters don't even bother with covering their laziness! For example, (spoiler alert) at one point the protagonist decided to secretly get his girlfriend out of the hospital. How is it shown in the movie? He walks into her hospital room, tells her we need to get out of here... and the next scene we see is the two of them in his hotel room. We're supposed to believe that nobody in the entire hospital noticed a patient being "secretly" walked out? And why should we believe that that's possible, if even the screenwriters didn't believe it possible themselves, so they quickly cut to the hotel room? And the whole movie is just like that. Terrible, just plain terrible. Even Liam Neeson is terrible in it too, showing the emotional depth of a cardboard box. My only guess is that once he signed the contract and got the money, he decided not to waste any acting on this sad excuse of a movie.

This was an okay movie to do away with 2 hours of your time. Interesting premise, but otherwise, pretty standard fare. People don’t seem to lock their cars (how convenient), car chases and crashes where only the other guy gets hurt, obvious “wiser” decisions somehow never considered, etc.

it's hard to get past the 1980s lighting and sound quality, especially for a star with such a good portfolio. But the story is good, and the acting about what you'd expect--not brilliant, but not at all bad. Don't let the gripers stop you from watching. Some of it was so tense my blood pressure shot up enough that I could feel it. A little heavy on the "FBI are evil" theme, but overall, a good popcorn during and discussion after movie.

Cookie-cutter predictable plot. Watch only if you haven’t seen the other similar Neeson movies. Time to change your game plan Liam... honestly.

Liam is rounding 80 years old. Him as an action star is as believable as me as an action star. Hilariously ridiculous.

This is definitely one of Liam Neeson's finer movies. Calling it formulaic with forgettable characters plus mailed in performances describes this movie well.

I can't recommend this title. Liam must have needed some money to agree to make such an inferior flick.

An entertaining crime/police story with fast paced actions and some humor thrown in. There are a couple of jump scenes that are difficult or impossible to provide credible connections. In mho, better to make the jumps than insult viewers with foolish plot lines.

Agent Meyers stole the show; chat with Agent Baker about Tazzie:

Ain't that Theresa's dog?
-Used to be.
What does that mean?
- The divorce, it went through. It's official. She got the house and I got Tazzie.
Did you even want Tazzie?
-But her freakin' lawyer was asking for everything. The house, the two cars, the few stocks we own. So I started asking for everything. The judge was rational, cut everything down in the middle, except for the house and the dog. And she preferred the house.

Agent Meyers stole the show; his ex-wife calls and wants the dog:

You can't do that! Tazzie needs me.
-You don't even know how to take care of Tazzie!
There...
- You're crazy!
Theresa. Theresa. She's doing just fine.
-No. No!
No, no, you heard the judge. You made your choice. Well, that was the deal. She's my dog. You can't have her back. Goodbye.
