This album contains three of Ariana's infamous songs including R.E.M, God is a Woman, and no tears left to cry, which also happen to be three of my own personal favourites. I enjoyed this album because it varies with the style of music. Many are songs with powerful vocals, others are simply songs to dance to such as blazed and sweetener, and the rest are softer and more melancholy such as better off. One song that stands out from the rest is breathin which is about anxiety. This song is important for those that suffer from anxiety and for them to recognize the issues they're dealing with and to keep going. I would recommend it to those who enjoy more pop-focused music. @Mr.Balance of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

Sweetener by Ariana Grande was a pretty good pop album, but it was not my favourite out of all the others that Ariana has produced over her years. For example, I personally thought that "Thank U, Next" was much better because it had many more catchy songs on it. Sweetener was still very good, though. I would say my favourite track off of this record would be “The Light is Coming” because it features one of my other favourite artists, Nicki Minaj. I personally love every song they make together and their friendship is certainly reflected in the music they make. I love Ariana Grande and I cannot wait for another album from her. I would rate Sweetener 4/5 @Montgomery of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

“Sweetener” by Ariana Grande is one of my most favourite albums ever! I’m just going to take this moment to say how much everyone, including myself, looks up to Ariana Grande. She is an inspiration to so many people. Her voice is outstanding as well. I used to watch all the shows she was in when I was little, such as “Victorious,” and she used to sometimes sing in them and it was so good. I'm happy to see her here and Ariana Grande truly deserves the best. She puts a smile on my face whenever I hear her sing and I hope to go to her concerts one day. I am addicted to her latest album “Sweetener.” I listen to it everywhere whenever I get a chance. 5/5 rating - @TheBookieReadingMonster, a Teen Review Board volunteer at the Hamilton Public Library.

Such a glorious voice!

I see "No Tears Left to Cry" a lot, but that was the only one I saw on TV at first. The other music videos I see are only on the computer and I do have the CD from library. Later, I just saw the music video on TV called "God is a Woman". I always thought it was called "Got is a Woman". Also, I watched the music video of "Breathin" on YouTube the day it came out today is the frist day that i watched Thank yo next by her i had towait a long time for it to be live i think this is the very frist time i had been waitching it live it did not workso well but i had saw it it was pritty sad it didn't do it probally it is called Thank You Next.

Listening to this one today on hoopla. https://www.hoopladigital.com/title/12197114

"Sweetener is the pop star's most mature and personal album, an emotional meditation on love and fear and security that is in spots deliriously happy and in others almost unbearably anxious, with her experiences following the Manchester attack and her blossoming love with Davidson both clear points of inspiration. And while the set's R&B-inflected pop sound is still recognizably Grande's, it's also perhaps her least explicitly commercial album to date." 8/28/2018 Andrew Unterberger Billboard
