This is a very good book to read. I am familiar with lagom already but this book illustrates better and provided more examples. Well written, an enjoyable read and good points to consider.

Meh. Didn't say anything new. I also didn't like how she lumps all Swedish people into one group. I'm assuming there are many folks who are not in lock-step with lagoming (is that a word?!).

After binging on books about Hygge, this sweet book about living a balanced life was just what the doctor ordered. Simple, easy changes to your daily routine that will bring more balance and more joy!

Since when is a UK transplant to Sweden considered versed enough in "lagom" to write a book about it? Lots of wonderful pictures to page through, but seriously lacking in actual content. Reads like a magazine, and would be a good accompaniment to an afternoon curled up next to the fire, if you can stand the lack of actual information.
