I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Light, fun reading with a bit of magic thrown into the story line. About 2 sisters whose lives were forever changed by a magical little black dress and about a daughter who tries to unravel the mystery behind the sisters and what happened in their lives.

Similar to the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, only with a black dress. It was a good story, but I had a hard time getting to care for the characters and it took me weeks to read.

A nice light read, about regrets, the uncovering of truths all with a little magic thrown into the mix. Book made better that you don't figure things out at least until 1/2 way through.

The story alternates between storytellers. Each chapter the story unfolds from either Antonia or Evie's life.

Past and Present finally meet at the end.

Reminded me of a combination between the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants and the Forgotten Garden.

Definately give this one a read if you liked The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants or The Forgotten Garden. If you were disappointed with the Lake of Dreams but thought the concept was interesting this might be the book for you.
