A conversation at the cafe between James and Bob.
J: Listen, that story you told me, the ticket. I got a chance; I reached out and I got it.
B: You missed the point of the story.
J: Oh, did I?
B: Ye-yeah, you never got a ticket -- y-you had one handed to you. You had a ticket handed to you.
J: You're asking, why not me, huh?
B: Maybe I'm asking, what did I do to deserve it?
James studies Bob's face.
J: You're jealous. You are jealous.
B: You're being an asshole.
J: I'm human...Bob.
Bob hears James stirring in his seat, trying to remain restrained; Bob viscerally understands.
B: Tha-that's OK. I got it.
James pulls out his wallet and places cash bills on the table, and then stands up and gets ready to leave.
J: In case you didn't hear that, I just paid.
James storms out of the cafe.
