There are some startlingly-shot images - unreal-looking shafts of light coming through disintegrating ceilings, a decaying movie theatre whose period seating has retained its vibrant 'seventies colours. The film is extremely placid. Fans of Brian Eno and other minimalist music may enjoy this as a kind of ambient documentary.
