For serious film viewers only! A minimally employed father attempts to keep himself and his kids together on his meager wages. They live in vacated buildings and wash up in public bathrooms. Is the director trying to remind us of those left out or is he just trying to point out the difficulty of being alive?

Definitely from the Béla Tarr school of slow cinema, this work is profoundly sad. You will never look at a head of cabbage the same way again....
