I thought this was an okay book. I wouldn't say super motivating for me and not as funny as I had hoped. I wouldn't say the Grit Doctor isn't giving any sort of new advice, although the no B.S. format was a bit refreshing and it did get me thinking about making less excuses, so I guess it did its job.
