Originally broadcast on October 10, 2012, as an episode of the PBS television, this 54-minute documentary explores the qualities that distinguish humans from the millions of other animal species.
It feastures the 3.3 miliion-year-old fossil bones of Selam---an ancient cousin of our human ancestors.

Another in the NOVA Science Now series. We get a look at various aspects of the human evolution, with a light hearted approach. The host walking through New York in the look of a Neanderthal is particularly amusing.
