Finally, a cookbook with recipes for my family. The tofu chocolate chip cookies were a hit! Her cakes, cupcakes, and frostings were delicious. Highly recommend. The only ingredient I consistently ommited were the ener-G egg substitute. I am not a fan. Instead, I replace egg with either banana or flax egg with no problem.
