This movie version was really a school project that had the budget for a couple big name actors. Poor video quality, poor character development, odd costumes that look like cheap Halloween costumes, laughably-poor green screen effects, etc. Although the Tim Curry music video was weird in a hilarious way. The newer TV show version of "the Worst Witch" is much better. Both versions are targeted at kids around 8-12 I think. Except for the weird sexy-undertones of Tim Curry's acting....I found that a bit disturbing around all those younger kids.

This is my all-time favorite Halloween movie from my childhood. I have been searching for the name of it for years!! So happy I found it :)
