The reader, J. Charles, should never have been allowed to read aloud to his children, much less read a book on CD. He has EXACTLY two voices, making his conversations unintelligable, and when he is reading a conversation between a man and a woman the woman's voice is ALWAYS significantly lower than the man's voice. Maybe his mother was a heavy smoker?

I, for one, will never ever listen to a book he reads again. I really don't know if the book is any good. It probablhy is because I lasted all the way through it.
