From the 1st chapter: What's Been On Your Mind Lately?: "The attitude that we have while we're in the wilderness determines how long we're going to stay there. You complain and remain; you praise and you'll be raised...Being thankful is part of praise and worship...Think less and thank more."

From the 2nd chapter: Thinking Your Way Out of Bondage: "If your life is a mess, it's because your mind is a mess...Start thinking about what you do have and stop thinking about what you don't have...The devil can't have your joy if you don't give it to him...Sow your pain as a seed so God can bring a harvest...God makes everything that's wrong right--eventually."

From the 3rd chapter: What Would Jesus Think?: "The Bible actually says we have two minds: a mind of the flesh and a mind of the Spirit...In my mind with the Spirit, I have the ability to think like Jesus would think in every situation...We need to slow down...check with the Spirit and ask if this is something Jesus would do."

From the 4th chapter: Think About What You Are Thinking About: "[Don't let the devil defeat you.] Do not faint in your minds...The minute you give up in your mind, Hell is having a party."

"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man."
Bertrand Russell 1872 - 1970

I got a lot out of this show, which was presented in four "chapters" that made it easy to watch it over several days. I took lots of notes; being able to pause the playback really helped! I learned a lot more about what it means to be a Christian and how to combat negative thoughts.
