I love this book so much. It has a great sense of adventure and has some really strong girls, which I like. Sure, the plot is kind of predictable, but it was still fun to read. And to re-read, like, a week later (with my class as a novel study)! I'm sure anyone who is interested in fantasy, and is over the age of 11 would love this book, and probably the rest of the series! I know I'm currently loving the series, but I have to wait until Christmas before I can read the rest, because I might be getting the series, and I might as well wait 16 days. I would recommend this series to anyone into fantasy, and over the age of 11. Or if you ARE 11, like me. I give this book 5 stars.
