Jack and Annie, our favourite protagonists, embark on their 31st adventure together. This is also the "third Merlin Mission," and in comparison to the other books for children, it holds a little more depth. Readers ideally should be able to handle this additional difficulty. The dynamic duo travels back in time to mythical/medieval times, where they face a variety of challenges. Luckily, they have the help of Teddy, who is a wonderfully written character (wizard). Overall, this was a fun short read.

I liked this book because jack and Annie went into time . And found the sword of lights and got the riddle of the sea serpent right and gave Merlin the sword of light

Another great story from the Magic Treehouse series! It's nice to have the other characters added in (Teddy and the selkie) so that Jack and Annie have friends!
