Paddle along with Little Fish on a mesmerizing underwater tour of friends spotty and stripy, happy and gripy, hairy and scary, even curly whirly and twisty twirly. From the creator of Maisy comes an eyepopping picture book that is sure to have little ones joining the chorus: Hooray for fish!

I loved reading this to my infant. There's not much to the story, but the pictures are beautiful. My daughter loved looking at all the fish and taking in the colors.

My one year old loves it! She loves to point at all the different fishes. And also my 3 years old son. It is also great to learn language.

A glorious assortment of brightly coloured fish invite children to think about similarities and differences.

Bright colorful illustrations with simple, fun rhyming.

Hooray for Fish! channels exotic and imaginary sea creatures into a counting lesson. A few of our favourites include ele-fish, sky fish and twin-fin-fin fish but every one is creative, colourful and fun. Definitely provides some fish food for thought ;)

Everything works in this classic. Alliteration, short phrases, rhyming, bold colors and a little fish who appears again and again. A popular pick for Youtube fans!

Vivid colours, vibrant and cheeky artwork (paintings), the creative kinds of fish, and the rhymes (hairy fish, scary fish). Great ending.

One of the nice things about Lucy Cousins' work is there is usu very little white left on the page.
