When I got this I assumed that it was going to be a variety of nuts and grains with some tofu thrown in. What this book is about is making your own mock Seitan, ham, chicken, sausage, etc, from scratch. So unless you have a 100lb bag of vital wheat gluten and TVP and are interested in making mock meat, then this book might not be for you. However, if that does appeal to you, the recipes did look interesting and tasty.
