I have a two young swimmers who have just completed their first year in the local swim team and that brought me to this book.

I'm glad that I read it, first half of the book helps me better understand the swimming technique. It's easy to read and I feel like suddenly I understand a lot of swimming tutorial were talking about. I skipped the 2nd half of the book which gives the step by step instruction of Total immersion drills and followed the DVD tutorials that come with the book.
