I believe The Beatles are one of the greatest bands of all time and this album Sgt. Pepper is one of my all time favorite albums. I believe that Sgt. Pepper is some of The Beatles best work every song is perfect. The Beatles were a fabulous four man band Paul McCartney on bass and vocals, John Lennon on back up guitar and vocals, George Harrison on lead guitar and vocals and Ringo Starr on drums and vocals. My favorite songs on the album are Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, Getting Better, Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite! and Within You Without You My main take away from the album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is that it is a perfect album. The thirty nine minute album is incredible. I one hundred percent recommend you listen to this album and it will bring you to musical heaven.

💿💿 This dual disc remix is the only one to go for. When this album came out, a week went by when wherever you were in the USA, at any time you could tune in a radio station that was playing it, a record never to be broken.

The experimental and interesting subversions made in this album have further cemented The Beatles as one of the greatest bands ever formed

The album Sgt. Pepper's has a reputation for being vastly different than what The Beatles had accomplished previously, where it took more risks and helped them to transition into their later music style, not to mention the way they revolutionized album covers with the spread of the four of them against many icons. Paul McCartney even confided that the album was a great risk, as he was constantly reminded that he would lose his massive following with the release of Sgt. Pepper's. Though it seemed to have worked out, 50 years later we look back on the album with profound joy- or at least I do. This new idea gave The Beatles much more creative freedom than previously, and it's evident in the record's impressive titles. "A Day In The Life" for example, is regarded as one of the band's best songs they've ever written! I like to speculate that without Sgt. Pepper's, the band would've gone on releasing more albums like "Please Please Me," which were original at the time of release but would've grown old with the repetitive style. To wrap up, I believe that Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was a critical pivot point for The Beatles and will forever remain one of their most iconic albums. @showmethemonet! of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

One of the best records ever made! High recommend it! My favorites are Lovely Rita, With a Little Help From my Friends, Benefits of Mr. Kite, and A Day In The Life.

Find the 2017 Re-Mixed & Re-Mastered version only. Giles Martin's new mixing puts the listener in the middle. The depth and clarity of the sound is amazing. Listen to Disc 2 of out-takes and variations. Then go listen to the 2019 Re-mixed White Album aka "The Beatles" and "Love" from the Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas. It will blow your mind!

Absolutely essential listening. Vastly superior sound compared to earlier compact discs. Giles Martin has performed a miracle.
