SuperfudgeBook - 1980
As fans of Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing already know, nothing is simple for Peter Hatcher. He is far from overjoyed at the turn the family fortunes are taking. It looks as if Peter will be spending the sixth grade far from Central Park, Sheila Tubman, Jimmy Fargo, and Henry the doorman. (He won't miss Sheila). And it also looks as if Fudge will no longer be the baby of the family. How will Peter ever survive if his new sibling is a carbon copy of Fudge?
But as Fudge fans also know, bad news for Peter generally means good news for Judy Blume's readers--in the form of a very funny story.
They won't be disappointed!

Other: Peter plans to run away from home, but never goes through with it. Fudge tries to spell whiskey. Fudge screams, whines and throws rocks at Peter and Alex when he doesn’t get permission to go to the lake with them. Fudge and Daniel head to Sandy’s bakery without permission or telling anyone.
Coarse Language: Peter spoke rudely to others. Henry called Fudge “that little devil”. Fudge calls Mrs. Hildebrandt “Rat Face”. Uncle Feather says, "Bonjour, stupid!"
Violence: “Fudge” was smacked on his back for covering “Tootsie” in stamps. He said it didn’t hurt. Then, his mom asked him if he wanted a more painful blow. Peter agreed with smacking "Fudge". Elaine said she only hits boys her age. She punched Alex. Jimmy liked hockey, because compared to football it's bloodier and has more fights. 4 hockey players got in a fight. Jimmy yelled, “Kill… kill…”
SummaryAdd a Summary
Superfudge is a Judy Blume book that tells about a boy named Peter. Peter has a little brother named Fudge. Peter thinks Fudge is a real pest. He finds out his mom is having a baby and they are moving to Princeton for the year. Peter got really mad but then realizes the baby and Princeton were not that bad after all.
In the book, Fudge and Peter went to Maine with Sheila Tubman for three weeks. Sheila is Peter's enemy.
My favourite character is Fudge because he is really funny.
My favourite part is when Fudge decides to marry Sheila so he would not have to worry about monsters anymore.
